76S exhaust system with 09 WRX STi GRB

We have finished our dyno testing with our T1R 76S cat-back exhaust with the 09 WRX STi GRB. The exhaust is made out of SUS304 stainless and main pipe is 76.3mm (3″) split into 70mm (2.75″) dual. Deep throaty exhaust tone with very minimal droning at all speeds.

From the dyno results, stock was making 195.9whp and after the T1R 76S exhaust, we gained another 14whp and 10 ft/lbs torque. Gains are very remarkable as for a cat-back system alone. The torque was  improved after 3500rpm to redline consistently. Smoother rpm revs up to redline.

We are putting the exhaust into production now and will be available available soon.

  • S2000 Half shalf spacers

    Here’s an update with our half shaft spacers for 00-09 Honda S2000. Basically everything remains the same such as Forged 7075 aluminum made spacer , design, high tension steel bolts and stainless nuts. The only changed is the colour, we have changed it from blue to our latest T1R titanium purple colour.

    Not too long ago, there were end users claiming that the bolts and nuts we supplied were low quality ones. We would like to clarify that all the bolts and nuts we supplied are all the highest quality that we can get.

    All the bolts off the T1R half shaft spacers are made out of steel alloy steel which has been quenched and tempered. The property class identification is 12.9, you can see this on the top of the bolt. The Proof Load Stress is 970MPA, the Tensile Yield Strength min. 1100MPA and the Tensile Ultimate Strength is min. 1220MPA.

    The flange nut is made out of SUS stainless steel 12-70 so if you run a search online to check and you will know that we did not cheap out any material. The only reason that could cause the bolts loosening up, that could be wrong torque specs and sequence.

    The torque spec for the spacer is 51 ft/lbs or torque and the do the torque sequence in a star shape.

  • EVO IX 90R & Down pipe !

    Happy new year ! We have finished development for the Mitsubishi Lancer EVO VIII & IX. We will be offering the 90R exhaust system and the 76mm down pipe which are constructed with professional TIG welded SUS304 stainless steel.

    The 90R exhaust comes with 90mm T=1.2mm (thickness) main pipe with dual resonator. Producing awesome exhaust sound which you probably never heard.

    The down pipe is made out of 76.3mm T=1.2mm (thickness). Direct bolts on from the Turbo outlet to the factory catalytic converter.
